Amclyde-Norson Engineering operates a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 and has held third party approval based on continuous assessment by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance since 1986.
The scope of registration being:
- Design, Project Management, Management of Manufacture, Installation and Commissioning of Electro-Hydraulic Mechanical Handling Equipment
Amclyde-Norson Engineering is committed to operating an effective quality system to ensure that its products and services conform fully to the specific requirements of the client and all current safety and statutory requirements.
In order to achieve this Amclyde-Norson Engineering activities place particular emphasis on experience, expertise, capability, performance, safety, reliability and quality.
The Amclyde-Norson Engineering Quality Manual and Quality Procedures have established a company framework that allows the evaluation of the effectiveness of management efforts required to meet the needs of its clients.
As a minimum Amclyde-Norson Engineering implements fully the requirements of
ISO 9001 but also takes into account the client’s additional specific needs.
To ensure that all Management and Technical personnel are fully conversant with current company objectives, Amclyde-Norson Engineering implements a programme of training and education for all levels of staff.
