3 x 1500Te Carousels & Handling System
AmClyde Norson supplied Wellstream's Newcastle facility with 3 x 1500Te Carousels (two indoors and one outdoors), 5 x Loading Towers complete with Loading Arms and Tensioners, Compensating Units, Roller Tables, Gantry Units, Hydraulic Power Units and Control System.

The system was integrated into the various manufacturing lines in the factory using speed-matching and compensation within the Control System.

A Load-Out Facility was also provided to pass the product from the Outdoor Carousel directly to an Offshore Vessel.
